Jose Auriemo Neto was recently listed among one of the 500 most prominent and influential fashion individuals who operate the fashion market globally. His recognition by the “Business of Fashion” came as a result of having integrated his business with the fashion industry through the establishment of Cidade Jardim Shopping mall and the Catarina Fashion Outlet complexes. Besides, Mr. Neto also made it to the list due to his support and contributions to the industry where he was honored during a gala dinner in New York that was hosted by the English publication.

Equally important, Jose Auriemo Neto’s mall, the Cidade Jardim shopping opened nearly ten years ago and was the first shopping complex to incorporated international fashion brands. Some of the famous fashion brands in the mall include Pucci, Valentine, Brunello Cuccinelli, and Rene Caovilla. Moreover, Mr. Neto is an entrepreneur who successfully operates one of the renowned real estate firms in the Brazilian market where he is the CEO of the JHSF Company.

About Jose Auriemo Neto’s Career

Jose Auriemo Neto went the Fundacao Armando Alvares Penteado(FAAP) at the University in Sao Paulo before starting his career at the JHSF Company. Currently, apart from being the CEO of the company, Jose Auriemo Neto also serves as the chairman of the JHSF Company where he joined in 1993, taking over his father, Jose Roberto Auriemo. The company focuses on property development of both residential and commercial housing besides having hotels and restaurants, malls, and an executive airport under its portfolio.

With Mr. Neto at the helm, the business at the JHSF Company has grown tremendously as he was responsible for the firm’s first business in building malls and later establishing many more.
